Senior Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to lead on‑site installation crews, coordinate installations, and provide expert troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment. This role involves direct client interaction and ensures high‑quality service in various weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and run installation projects on site, coordinating crews and ensuring safety.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and related mechanical equipment efficiently.
• Provide exceptional client service, communicating issues, recommendations, and repairs clearly.
• Document all work details in real time for accurate quoting and reporting.
• Maintain safe driving practices and keep company vehicles and tools organized.
• Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a technician in HVAC or related trades.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
