Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, long‑term technical implementation projects for a U.S.-based organization. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Update project trackers based on meetings, emails, Slack, and other communications.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables while managing changes.
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and status updates.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Facilitate technical discussions, document action items, and hold teams accountable.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident, proactive personality with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with APIs, including WhatsApp APIs (advantageous but not required).
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
