Senior Technical Program Manager - Reservations, Cancellations & Host Services

About the role

Maleda Tech is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across Reservations, Cancellations, and Host Services programs on a leading consumer marketplace platform. Embedded in a core engineering organization, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data Science to ensure critical booking‑related features ship on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own program execution for Reservations, Cancellations, and Host Services initiatives across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and keep cross‑team dependencies visible and unblocked.
• Lead regular program cadences, surface risks, and drive resolution to keep delivery on schedule.
• Contribute to bi‑annual product release planning and translate complex technical work into clear status communications for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering cross‑functional software programs.
• Senior‑ or staff‑level experience influencing engineering decisions, not just coordinating.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build high‑trust relationships quickly.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving programs.

Required skills

• Understanding of frontend/backend integrations.
• Experience delivering multi‑platform solutions on Web, iOS, and Android.
