Senior Technical Program Manager – Epi Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead new product development within the Epi Business Unit. The role drives programs from early planning through commercialization, managing schedules, budgets and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute project plans from conception to release, contributing to strategy, process and resource decisions.
• Manage detailed project schedules using tracking charts, checklists and scheduling software.
• Coordinate cross‑division resources, initiate purchase requisitions and orders to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Drive cost and schedule performance for equipment serving internal and external customers worldwide.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams, providing technical input and status updates.
• Identify critical paths, mitigate risks early and resolve project complications to achieve closure.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of technical program management experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment spanning hardware, software and systems integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Epi processes and integrated systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, milestone planning and timeline enforcement.
