Senior Technical Product Manager - Guidewire Billing Center

About the role

MAPFRE is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core capabilities within its Guidewire BillingCenter platform. The role focuses on end‑to‑end billing functions that affect policyholders and business operations, combining deep insurance billing knowledge with strong technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for BillingCenter capabilities across the billing lifecycle.
• Drive product development from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, architects, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable billing solutions.
• Maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.
• Lead and enhance core billing functions such as invoicing, payment plans, fee management, collections, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product leader in insurance billing or related domains.
• Strong technical acumen with a track record of delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Guidewire environments, particularly BillingCenter.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmap items.
