Senior Technical Manager – Digital Integration for Semiconductor Process Development

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead digital integration for semiconductor process development. The role drives strategic direction, integration, and adoption of advanced digital and AI‑driven solutions across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic positioning of digital platforms and AI systems, develop end‑to‑end solutions aligned with semiconductor workflows, and advise leadership on technology direction and investment.
• Own integration of insights across internal digital platforms, specifying what data and AI recommendations are delivered, how they are structured, and ensuring seamless data flow and usability.
• Lead adoption strategy by identifying barriers, prioritising use cases, and enabling internal teams and customers to maximise business impact of digital tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process development and experience with data platforms, analytics systems, or AI‑driven solutions.
