About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join Investigo’s New York AI Sciences & Technology team. In this senior recruitment role you will drive talent acquisition for high‑growth AI, data, software engineering and cybersecurity positions, working with leading tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for AI/ML, data science, software engineering (backend, platform, distributed systems) and cybersecurity roles.
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with cutting‑edge technology companies.
• Identify market trends and advise clients on talent strategies in advanced tech sectors.
• Manage a pipeline of candidates, from sourcing to placement, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm’s tech recruitment offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360‑tech recruiter with a strong track record in AI, data, software or cybersecurity hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and own the full recruitment process.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technology markets.
• Motivation to achieve high earnings through performance‑based compensation.

Required skills

• Recruitment of AI / Machine Learning / Data Science talent.
• Recruitment of Software Engineering (backend, platform, distributed systems) talent.
• Recruitment of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure talent.
