About the role
We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a leading CPA firm in San Francisco. The role involves leading tax engagements for high‑net‑worth individuals and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train junior staff members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for existing and prospective clients.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the tax team.
- Execute tax compliance and consulting projects in line with client needs and firm standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus on tax.
- CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification.
