Senior Tax Accountant – Chicago Area

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing Chicago‑area practice. This position offers a fast‑track path toward partnership within a collaborative, high‑growth environment. Candidates will start fully onsite and transition to hybrid work after completing at least one busy season.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Assist in developing tax planning strategies and identifying opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with audit, valuation, and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting.
• Pursuing CPA licensure (or already a CPA).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work as a generalist across industries.
