Senior Sustainment & Optimization Analyst – Oracle Health EHR

About the role

Claritev is seeking a Senior Sustainment & Optimization Analyst to lead post‑go‑live activities for a large‑scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR program. You will ensure the platform delivers long‑term value by driving stability, usability, and continuous improvement across clinical and revenue‑cycle workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sustainment, optimization, and enhancement initiatives for the Oracle Health Millennium platform.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize enhancements, and manage the change‑management lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Translate end‑user needs into actionable system changes aligned with business, clinical, and operational objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of sustainment initiatives, overseeing progress through governance, testing, and deployment processes.
• Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, document outcomes, and track action items to completion.
• Review and validate technical deliverables such as design documents and test plans.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in EHR sustainment and optimization.
• Strong analytical expertise and deep understanding of IT service management.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
