Senior Supply Chain Solutions Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to design and deliver internal tools that power Meta’s supply‑chain risk intelligence program. Working embedded with the Strategic Sourcing team in Sunnyvale, you will turn messy BOM and component data into clean, actionable datasets that enable faster, better sourcing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, cleanse and cross‑reference internal BOM and MPN data with external sources such as Z2Data, DigiKey and SiliconExpert.
• Build automated data‑quality checks, exception workflows and ad‑hoc analyses on component lifecycle risk and single‑source exposure.
• Develop and iterate custom internal applications – Python scripts, web dashboards and APIs – for real‑time supply‑chain risk monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with XFN data engineers, sourcing leads and transformation teams to ship functional tools in days and polished solutions in weeks.

Required profile

• Background in supply‑chain, procurement or hardware operations.
• Experience handling electronic component data (BOMs, AVLs, MPNs, lifecycle stages).
• Comfort working in an ambiguous environment with high autonomy and rapid iteration.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Web frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit or React for rapid prototyping.
• APIs development and integration.
• Familiarity with component databases – DigiKey, Octopart, Z2Data, SiliconExpert.
• Use of AI/ML tools including large language models and classification models.
• Experience with large‑scale data platforms (e.g., Meta’s Bento, Presto/Hive, Unidash, Dataswarm) or equivalents.
