Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Data Quality

About the role

This role designs frameworks, monitors key metrics and helps cleanse data across SAP WM / EWM systems so that inventory, procurement and warehouse management operations run smoothly. It sits within the supply chain function and works with the Enterprise Data team to align data practices with organizational architecture, security and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish data governance rules and operational standards for supply chain data assets to ensure efficient product flow across the distribution network.
• Design and maintain automated monitoring dashboards that track and report data completeness and quality metrics.
• Investigate systemic data discrepancies and root causes such as inaccurate supplier lead times, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Validate data integrity and alignment during enterprise system migrations, technology enhancements and integrations across SAP ERP and WMS platforms.
• Partner with logistics, procurement and IT stakeholders to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve end-to-end data pipelines.
• Develop custom SQL queries and Python automation scripts to streamline data cleansing, extraction and validation.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team to align supply chain data practices with organizational architecture, security and governance standards.

Required profile

• BS/BA in a related discipline, typically 5-8 years of experience, or MS/MA with generally 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently, make decisions under uncertainty and oversee project work.
• Curiosity, ownership and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Preferred: strong supply chain and inventory data experience, including warehouse operations and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Preferred: SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Preferred: strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills focused on data quality and inventory accuracy.
