Senior Superintendent / Superintendent Mechanical Construction

About the role

The company seeks senior‑level field leaders to direct major mechanical construction sites, overseeing HVAC and plumbing installations for large commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and field labor.
• Drive execution, productivity, safety, and quality across complex mechanical systems.
• Develop and manage master project schedules.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Resolve real‑time field engineering and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field leadership in mechanical construction (HVAC and/or plumbing).
• Proven experience on large‑scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Progressive responsibility with a stable professional background.
• Strong leadership presence to direct field teams and subcontractors.
