Senior Superintendent – Mechanical Construction

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Superintendent to lead major mechanical construction sites, focusing on HVAC and plumbing installations. This on‑site leader will drive execution, productivity, safety, and quality across complex commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, labor crews, and material deliveries.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Resolve real‑time engineering and coordination challenges to keep projects on track.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and compliance with local building codes.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in mechanical construction (HVAC and/or plumbing).
• Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to direct field teams and subcontractors.
• Stable professional background with progressive responsibility.
