Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager

About the role

This senior position sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross‑functional execution for a fast‑scaling digital platform. You will own the analytical backbone that informs product, marketing, and business performance decisions, turning complex data into clear insights and executive‑ready recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end business performance reporting frameworks and real‑time dashboards.
• Lead deep‑dive analyses to diagnose performance drivers, investigate anomalies, and quantify opportunities across products and channels.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and predictive models to support planning, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Translate analytical findings into concise executive narratives that drive alignment and action.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to strengthen data infrastructure and measurement frameworks.
• Identify gaps in existing metrics and proactively design new frameworks for emerging initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or related data‑driven roles.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, especially when presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Required skills

• SQL – advanced querying of large, complex datasets.
• Tableau (or similar BI tool) – hands‑on experience building and maintaining dashboards.
• Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform experience.
