Senior Solution Architect – Remote (US/Canada)

About the role

Sanity.io is building an AI‑powered Content Operating System that helps enterprises model, create, and automate content. As a Senior Solution Architect you will ensure enterprise customers are successful by working closely with their technical leaders, editors, designers, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customized onboarding workshops for each customer.
• Develop and nurture relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
• Demonstrate new features, answer questions, and help plan implementations.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Support new‑account sales cycles through technical workshops and proofs of concept.
• Create examples, guides, learning modules, and plugins to accelerate adoption.
• Represent client requirements to internal product teams and work with Support Engineering to resolve challenges.
• Assist marketing and product research teams with customer‑focused events and webinars.

Required profile

• Based remotely in the United States or Canada.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Advanced experience with at least one front‑end framework (React, Vue, Angular, Astro).
• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Experience implementing headless CMS or headless e‑commerce solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop solutions together with customers.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.
