Senior Software Engineer – Trading Platform

About the role

We are looking for a senior software engineer to design, build and operate core components of our trading platform. The role focuses on creating high‑throughput, cloud‑native services that power real‑time trading, market‑data delivery and brokerage integrations, while also contributing to the React/TypeScript front‑end when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable services and APIs that drive the trading platform.
• Own features from design through deployment, monitoring and iteration.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Shape system architecture, define patterns and enforce engineering standards.
• Write clean, well‑tested code with emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response and reliability improvements.
• Implement observability through metrics, logging and distributed tracing.
• Contribute to the React/TypeScript front‑end for feature work.
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and pair programming.
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery and drive process enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.
• Strong judgment in balancing robustness, maintainability and business needs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy.
