Senior Software Engineer, Platform/Backend

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer at SentiLink you will design, build, and enhance a high‑performance API platform that powers fraud‑prevention and identity‑verification products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure services for a fast‑growing fintech company.

Key responsibilities

• Own a large section of the codebase and set technical direction for the team.
• Design and implement API‑based decisioning products using Golang and Python.
• Write, test, debug, document, and maintain platform components following coding standards.
• Partner with product management to drive agile delivery of new and existing features.
• Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and end‑to‑end automated tests.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to meet SLA requirements and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software development experience building enterprise or consumer‑facing products.
• Proven experience creating API‑based services with Python, Golang, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fintech or financial‑services environments and agile development practices.
