Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Roboflow Labs is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and own the end‑to‑end data platform that powers frontier lab data deliveries. You will work on client‑facing catalogs, contributor tools, and the core data foundation that supports large‑scale dataset pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the Labs data platform, including catalog, delivery portal, and payout tooling.
• Develop delivery pipelines that ingest, validate, package, and ship datasets with provenance, rights tracking, and audit trails.
• Automate quality controls such as consensus review, fraud detection, and duplicate detection.
• Partner with Strategic Projects Leads to turn each delivery into reusable infrastructure.
• Integrate Labs platform with Roboflow’s core product and open‑source tooling.
• Set engineering standards for architecture, code review, observability, on‑call, and release practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of production software development experience.
• Deep expertise in backend systems, data pipelines, or full‑stack engineering.
• Experience designing systems that reliably process large volumes of data.
• Strong product judgment and a bias toward action.

• Base salary $250,000 – $450,000 per year, plus equity.
