Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We're hiring product‑minded senior software engineers to help build the future of Campus. You will work on a variety of product areas, from core learning experiences to student information systems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and operators. The role offers ownership of product outcomes and the chance to impact thousands of students, faculty, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Build products used by thousands of students, faculty, and staff.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams.
• Take ownership of product outcomes from design through deployment.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and use modern AI tools to accelerate development.
• Own features and projects from idea to production.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Balance long‑term thinking with pragmatic execution.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development skills.
• Track record of building and releasing high‑quality products or features at scale.
• Ownership mindset, balancing speed with maintainability.
• Curious, growth‑oriented and eager to learn new technologies.
• Collaborative, low‑ego, team‑first attitude.
