Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are building an AI‑native social operating system that powers the next generation of commerce. As a Senior Software Engineer you will help architect and scale the core systems that ingest, process, and analyze massive streams of social data, enabling AI agents to operate on that data in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale core systems that ingest and process large volumes of social data from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Design data pipelines that power AI agents and real‑time analytics for customers.
• Lead major technical decisions, write design documents, and establish scalable architecture patterns.
• Improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of data and AI infrastructure as the platform grows.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and raise the engineering bar across the team.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to solve complex technical problems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong background in designing and scaling distributed systems, data infrastructure, or complex production platforms.
• Proven ability to architect systems and drive major technical decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing engineering direction.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.
• Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate with product and design teams.
