Missions principales

• Supervise the implementation of large-scale energy efficiency projects on-site.
• Manage and coordinate diverse teams, subcontractors, and various trades to ensure project continuity.
• Ensure strict compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and construction industry regulations.
• Monitor work quality, ensuring all installations align perfectly with technical plans and specifications.
• Act as the primary on-site representative for project engineers and maintain professional relationships with clients, building users, and operators.
• Guarantee site safety, collaboration, and efficient resource management.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in site supervision, preferably within the energy efficiency or large-scale construction sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous approach to quality control and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between technical teams, engineers, and clients.
• Ability to be dedicated to a single project with a daily presence required on the client's site.
