Senior Service Technician – Alta 99th

About the role

The Senior Service Technician for the Alta 99th property ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas operate safely, efficiently, and to Greystar’s high standards of cleanliness and appearance. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring units are ready for new move‑ins.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed to address specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve building‑system issues.
• Experience following established policies, safety procedures, and local code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
