Senior Service Supervisor – The Cameron

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Service Supervisor to oversee all technical and mechanical operations for The Cameron community in Arizona. The role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality while staying within budgetary goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of service team work and contractor performance, issuing corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance and capital expense budget using financial statements and operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising large‑scale property service operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and contractors effectively.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.
