Senior Service Supervisor (Property Maintenance)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Service Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across a stabilized 1,228‑unit community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Track and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely re‑ordering and proper storage.
• Document all service activities accurately to maintain clear records and facilitate tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Property Operator (CPO), EPA, HVAC.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Net Vendor, or OneSite.
