Senior SEO & Web Publishing Manager

About the role

Removery is looking for a Senior SEO & Web Publishing Manager to own both organic search performance and the day‑to‑day health of its website. This hands‑on role blends technical SEO expertise with content strategy and front‑end publishing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end organic search strategy, covering technical SEO, on‑page optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Conduct ongoing technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals, page speed) and implement remediation.
• Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup to maximize rich‑result eligibility.
• Perform keyword, topic and search‑intent research; create content briefs and collaborate with writers.
• Manage internal linking strategy, content refresh cycles, and overall site architecture.
• Publish new pages, build landing pages, maintain site structure, and act as final QA gate before launch.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other data sources to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.

Required profile

• Highly analytical mindset with strong Google Analytics expertise.
• Hands‑on, high‑ownership attitude able to manage both strategy and execution.
• Experience leading SEO initiatives that target featured snippets, People Also Ask, and AI‑generated answer placements.
