Senior Schedule Manager – Industrial Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Schedule Manager to lead scheduling strategy and execution across multiple large‑scale industrial construction programs. The role involves managing scheduling teams, developing baseline schedules, and ensuring best‑in‑class project controls throughout complex builds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project scheduling teams across multiple active projects.
• Oversee development of detailed baseline schedules aligned with scope and execution strategy.
• Manage ongoing schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project executives, operations teams, and clients.
• Standardize scheduling practices, tools, and reporting across projects and regions.
• Support both on‑site and remote project environments, with travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls on large, complex projects.
• Proven experience supporting projects valued between $60M and $1B+.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring scheduling teams.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or data‑center construction environments.
• Willingness to travel or work on‑site depending on project needs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software).
• CPM scheduling methodologies.
• PSP certification (preferred).
• PMI‑SP certification (preferred).
