Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing goals into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Design, execute and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) and customer journeys.
• Build and manage data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync and ETL tools.
• Create dynamic, personalized content with AMPscript and SQL.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize targeting and segmentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with broader business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, data ingestion, harmonization and activation.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for personalization and data manipulation.
• Strong content creation skills for email, SMS and push notifications.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
