Senior Sales Solutions Engineer

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Senior Sales Solutions Engineer to bridge cutting‑edge Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) technology with customer mission needs. Based in Bingen, WA, you will act as the technical liaison between Sales and Engineering, shaping the Flexrotor product vision and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical capture efforts, ensuring solutions are feasible and aligned with the Flexrotor roadmap.
• Provide deep product expertise to drive customer engagement and successful deal capture.
• Serve as the primary technical lead on business development engagements, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management.
• Develop and maintain technical content for proposals, white papers, and capability briefs.
• Translate complex customer requirements into tailored, high‑performance solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within aerospace, defense, or unmanned systems.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Track record of influencing product strategy and roadmap.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
