Senior Sales Representative – Base Salary + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth of premium window solutions within the contractor segment. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, builders and construction professionals to promote our product range and generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets in the contractor segment.
• Identify, prospect and nurture relationships with contractor clients, understanding their project needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations showcasing window features and benefits.
• Provide accurate quotations, proposals and pricing, and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Proven B2B sales success, preferably in construction or building‑materials industry.
• Strong understanding of window products, construction techniques and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
