Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join its Channel Sales Operations team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on executing, implementing, and managing change for sales processes, tools, and performance reporting across the Partner and CONNECT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with Channel Sales Operations members on efficiency‑driving projects and performance reporting.
• Partner with the Process Lead for Partners and Sales teams to align and embed a globally consistent business rhythm, ensuring regional execution of review and planning cadences.
• Develop and maintain globally standardized sales, opportunity‑management, planning, and budgeting processes with high quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Drive initiatives to streamline tools and processes across AVEVA’s sales organization while preserving key components of the Partner and CONNECT team processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to execute change‑management and enablement projects, coordinating deliverables and addressing gaps.
• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and collaboration with the Process Team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in collaborating, implementing, and change management of process‑improvement projects.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Demonstrated experience as a team member on systems projects.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.

• Salary range $110,700 – $184,500 per year.
