Senior Sales Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Data Analyst to join our team at Arrow ECS. The role focuses on turning large volumes of sales‑related data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze extensive sales datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and improvement areas while maintaining data integrity and governance.
• Develop, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) through interactive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI, Excel and Salesforce, and integrate data from ERP systems such as Microsoft AX and Oracle.
• Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders and the BI team to align metrics with compensation targets and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Design and implement processes for data collection, analysis and reporting where none exist.
• Communicate findings clearly to executives and stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, processes and BI tools from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance and security standards.
