About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior sales consultant to deliver top-quality home improvement solutions directly in customers’ homes. The role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, building rapport, and closing sales while providing expert advice and ensuring paperwork accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, showcasing products and services.
• Build rapport, identify client needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Address customer concerns, answer product-related questions, and provide expert advice.
• Close sales deals on-site, ensuring all paperwork and payment details are completed accurately.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably in-home or home-improvement sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
