Senior Sales Consultant – Base Salary + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Consultant to drive revenue for a fast‑growing home remodeling company. The role focuses on roofing projects, working directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters and our internal teams to deliver quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on‑site to assess storm damage, understand roofing needs and build rapport.
• Create accurate, detailed estimates covering materials, labor and associated costs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims, provide documentation and advocate for fair settlements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Educate customers on roofing processes, materials and the value of our services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to assess and understand roofing damage.
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
