About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Regional Community Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Charleston. The role combines strategic oversight of property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance to drive value and service excellence across the assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide staffing and talent acquisition for assigned markets, supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and manage project teams to develop new policies, procedures, and programs.
• Serve as primary client liaison, delivering regular performance reports, responding to inquiries, and acting on feedback.
• Inspect properties, analyze financial and operational data, and implement action plans to meet operational and financial goals.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance property value and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to ensure consistent performance across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or multi‑property management within the residential real‑estate sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and market data to drive decision‑making.
