About the role

Join Texas A&M University’s Undergraduate Recruitment team as a Senior Regional Advisor in Houston. You will lead innovative admission, financial aid, and early‑outreach strategies to attract and enroll high‑performing students while mentoring staff and supporting Assistant Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute admission, financial aid, and outreach initiatives for the Houston region.
• Mentor, train, and supervise recruitment staff and volunteers.
• Lead key recruitment programs and provide strategic guidance to Assistant Directors.
• Manage and enhance recruitment and training processes.
• Travel extensively, lift heavy boxes, and work evenings and weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, financial aid, or outreach, with a minimum of two years in university admissions.
• Knowledge of financial aid programs and federal regulations.
• Strong ability to work with students, parents, and diverse student populations.
