We are seeking a strategic, systems‑oriented Senior Recruiter to shape the future of talent acquisition at Novo. This role blends deep recruiting expertise with a passion for AI, automation, and process design, allowing you to own hiring outcomes while building scalable recruiting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for technical, business, and leadership positions, meeting hiring targets and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
• Evaluate, deploy, and manage recruiting tools, automations, and AI agents to boost team productivity.
• Develop structured interview processes, scorecards, and hiring frameworks in partnership with hiring managers.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of in‑house recruiting experience in startups or high‑growth environments.
• Proven success hiring across technical and business functions.
• Experience building recruiting systems, processes, and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable hiring strategies.
