About the Position
Join Brookfield Credit as a Senior Receptionist & Office Manager, a pivotal role designed to ensure the seamless daily operations of our Chicago headquarters. As the face of our firm, you will create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees alike, playing a key part in our corporate excellence.
Main Missions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing high-level hospitality and guidance.
- Manage front-office operations, including incoming calls, mail distribution, and delivery coordination.
- Oversee office logistics: coordinating meeting room schedules, organizing catering, and managing office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support: preparing monthly expense reports, coordinating facility repairs, and managing service providers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding processes and organize corporate social initiatives and events.
- Maintain a highly organized office environment with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Profile Required
- Over 10 years of proven experience managing a front office within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced professional setting.
