Senior Quantitative User Researcher

About the role

The Senior User Researcher (Quantitative) will lead mixed‑methods research focused on quantitative analytics for Great Minds' digital education platforms. Reporting to the Associate Director of User Research, this individual contributor will shape platform strategy by turning large‑scale user data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain digital platform analytics to track user behavior at scale.
• Conduct quantitative and mixed‑methods studies that inform product decisions and roadmap.
• Support research operations, including experiment design, data collection, and analysis.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, engineering, and education teams to integrate research findings.
• Develop and evolve experimentation practices that combine quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Required profile

• Senior‑level mixed‑methods researcher with a strong quantitative focus.
• Demonstrated passion for analytics and data‑driven product discovery.
• Experience working in an education or curriculum‑focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with multiple stakeholders.
