Senior Quality Control Specialist

About the role
McGee is seeking a Senior Quality Control Specialist to lead safety and compliance initiatives across its ground‑handling network. The role acts as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring operations meet regulatory, customer and company standards through rigorous audits and data‑driven analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, administer and continuously improve quality assurance programs, regulatory audits, risk assessments and ISAGO compliance activities.
- Conduct operational, regulatory and compliance audits to verify adherence to company, customer, airport and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze audit findings, operational data and safety trends to identify systemic risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform incident investigations and root‑cause analyses, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings, recommendations and risk assessments to station and executive leadership.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive corrective actions and support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the Safety Management System (SMS).
Required profile
- Proven experience as a quality control or safety compliance professional in aviation or a related high‑risk industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to leadership at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence process improvements.
