Senior Qualitative Project Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Senior Qualitative Project Manager to lead healthcare market‑research projects for Atlas Primary. The role involves managing multiple domestic and international studies, acting as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor qualitative research projects from inception to delivery.
• Communicate daily status updates to clients and resolve any inefficiencies.
• Program and test survey screeners, verify data links and ensure accurate data collection.
• Coordinate internal recruiting teams and external vendors, tracking recruitment methodologies.
• Identify process gaps, propose and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with the Director of Qualitative Operations on project revenue and expenses.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of field operations experience in healthcare market research.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Required skills

• High proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Gmail, Zoom and MS Teams.
