Senior Public Relations Manager

About the role

Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Communications team is seeking a senior communications professional to shape the narrative for Creative Cloud and its AI‑driven innovations. The role will translate product breakthroughs and complex AI concepts into compelling stories that resonate with artists, designers, filmmakers and photographers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead external communications for Creative Cloud apps across earned, owned and paid media, crafting narratives for product launches, events and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with technology, business, creative and trade media, as well as emerging and non‑traditional voices.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management and global communications teams to coordinate programs that amplify Adobe’s stories.
• Anticipate sensitive topics, manage communications risks, and contribute to annual and quarterly planning.
• Use measurement and insights to evaluate the impact of priority communications programs.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in PR, social, analyst relations or customer communications, preferably in technology.
• Proven track record of working with media and delivering high‑impact stories.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and modern communications platforms.
• Strategic judgment, curiosity and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Interest in creativity, technology and the evolving role of AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing or a related field.
