Senior Property Manager

About the role

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a high‑performing team and drive the success of its multifamily properties. You will be responsible for both operational excellence and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, marketing, staffing and capital plans.
• Analyze operational decisions and their impact on financial results; prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and evaluate all property staff.
• Maintain professional communication with residents through newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional, social and content marketing activities to enhance property visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in multifamily real‑estate management.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities when setting goals and reporting results.
• Proven ability to lead teams and exceed customer expectations.
