Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Everyday Dose, a fast-growing nine-figure functional coffee brand, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own its cross-functional project portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product & Retail Marketing, you will drive accountability across new products, packaging changes, retail launches, promotions and co-manufacturer onboarding. The role is fully remote within the U.S., with a salary of USD 120,000-140,000.

Key responsibilities

• Own new product launches through the stage-gate process, covering product development, operations, supply chain, artwork kickoff, launch and post-launch review.
• Manage artwork refreshes, packaging and structure changes, variety packs, shippers, displays, co-packs and custom packs.
• Drive new customer setups and retail launches, including timelines, dependencies and retailer requirements.
• Manage bundles, promotions, merchandise sourcing, ordering, creative management and shipping.
• Coordinate projects such as co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes, reformulations and cost-savings initiatives.
• Create workback schedules in Asana with owners, dependencies, milestones and gates, and run project meetings, stage-gate reviews and decision forums.
• Build Asana as the single source of truth, document the stage-gate process and create playbooks for launches, packaging changes and co-manufacturer onboarding.
• Hold owners accountable, flag risks early and give leadership a clear view of project status, risks and resource conflicts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years in CPG, food and beverage or supplements.
• Track record of leading product launches from concept to shelf across R&D, packaging, supply chain and retail.
• Hands-on experience running a stage-gate or similar launch process.
• Experience with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers or artwork routing.
• Ability to drive accountability without formal authority and to challenge timelines and assumptions respectfully.
• Comfortable working remotely with a highly cross-functional team.

Required skills

• Advanced Asana skills: building projects, templates, workflows and dashboards.
• PMP, Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) or Lean/LSS certification is a plus.
• Experience with functional beverages, supplements or DTC subscription and retail channels is a plus.
