Senior Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of client programs for LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Professional Services team. Reporting to the PMO, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear, outcome‑focused communication and align expectations on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution and successful outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Contribute to PMO maturity by promoting best practices and process improvements.
