Senior Project Manager – NSF TIP Contract

About the role

Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives for the National Science Foundation’s Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate. The role will drive strategic clarity and execution excellence, ensuring projects move from vision to measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level analytical and program support for the NSF TIP Logistics and Operational Support contract.
• Develop and manage engagement work plans, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead specific project tasks, applying business and process modeling techniques to design solutions.
• Produce project deliverables using appropriate consulting tools and methodologies.
• Conduct organizational assessments and analyze performance measures and indicators.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain required clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in senior‑level project management, preferably in government or technology‑focused contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
