Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Scale‑up

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale manufacturing expansion for a major U.S. company. This role offers the chance to drive significant impact across operations, finance, and supply chain while working in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of manufacturing scale‑up initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, Finance, and Workforce Planning.
• Drive CAPEX, OPEX, and staffing plans from strategy through implementation.
• Oversee and manage budgets exceeding $20 M, ensuring strong financial governance (EVMS or similar).
• Provide clear, consistent updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and budget status.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success scaling manufacturing operations in high‑growth environments.
• Experience managing large, complex programs.
• Background in automotive, telecom, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model and 50% travel to Mexico.

Required skills

• Experience with EVMS or similar financial governance tools.
