Senior Project Manager

About the role

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Business Transformation Office. Based in Denver, this hybrid role will lead complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple functions, systems, and processes, driving organizational performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Business, IT, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear scope, requirements, delivery plans, and success measures.
• Apply project‑management methodologies to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution.
• Track and communicate milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions to project teams, sponsors, and executive stakeholders.
• Present status updates, escalations, and trade‑offs to senior leadership as needed.
• Proactively resolve blockers, conflicts, and critical‑path items with strong ownership.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs to drive successful outcomes.
