Senior Project Manager

About the role

SSi People is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial real‑estate projects for its clients in Seattle. The role combines strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution while ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project‑management credential.
• Minimum 7 years of project‑management experience, preferably in commercial real‑estate.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and best practices.
