Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will act as the central coordinator for new development initiatives across the Jean-Georges portfolio, overseeing restaurant openings, renovations, and company‑wide implementations. Reporting directly to the COO and CEO, the role ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with executive leadership to support development projects, capital improvements, and operational implementations.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, status reports, and meeting materials for senior meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, critical paths, and milestone tracking for multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain project dashboards, action‑item trackers, and status reports; coordinate project meetings and document decisions.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments with competing priorities.
• Experience in hospitality, construction, development, or project management is strongly preferred.
